Why Is AI aloowing Antonella to stay???

Last night I was watching the O'Reilley Factor and saw an interesting story... Antonella Barba has very explicit photos circulating on the internet. Now, I'm sure we all remember Frenchie being asked to leave AI b/c of her involvment with a pornographic web site. She had the potential to win. The only thing, in my opinion, that Antonella has going for her is that she is pretty. She is definitely not the best singer there, and certinly not going to win. The photos that I saw last night were far more provacative than the ones I saw of Frenchie. At least Frenchie's could be shown on the news without blurring anything out and yet she was still asked to leave the compitition. Antonella's photos were very raunchy. Parts of her body were exposed and needed to be blurred out. The thing that I don't understand is people have been uninvited to Hollywood or asked to leave for much less. So, why is AI allowing Antonella to stay?

Apparently the general consensus is that she can stay because she did not do those for money. Frenchie on the other hand did it for pay. However, I think that if they are willing to boot people off for police records and things like that because it causes a blemish on the show, then they should get rid of Antonella. She's a big huge blemish on the show and there is a site dedicated to voting for her just to keep her on.

There is enough circumstancial evidence to prove that the photos are NOT her. I have seen some of them and to tell you the truth, they do look like her. However, if you take a closer look they are photos of someone with a good likeness of her. They will not kick her off because there is enough evidence to prove it is not her in those photos.

Your guess is as good as mine. But, first things first. Though the sembalnce is almost perfect, a proof or admittance that it is really her should be priorily addressed before nay sunction is implemented. In fairness with Antonella, there are several pictures which I personally saw and examined that were far fetched or are not her at all. But... the most explicit ones are 99.00% her.
