Hah, far from. I barely run at all. Which is a shame since i loved to when i was younger. I get my exercise from my weights and cardio workouts.

nah, i workout at home. I'm not comftable at the gym. It is extreamly difficult to motavate yourself at home, thats why many people by the equipment and never use it.. at the moment my trampoline is coverd in clothes lol. Thankfully its not that much effort to do a few reps on the dumbells.

I don't jog any more. I am lucky if I can take just the fast walking. I don't have time to work exercise into my daily schedule often enough. I have a treadmill that I bought about 6 months ago. I just don't have the gumption to get on it and use it. I have to earn some money online every day and I just do not have the time to take out of my day to do something for myself. I'm to the point in my life to where I ask myself, why bother ecxercising? I hate it that I think that way and I really do like physical fitness. I stay too stressed out over life to be able to do anything for myself any more.

bah, there is always time to do 10 minutes here and there. Double step stairs everytime and clench ya bum cheeks 3 times a day for 10 seconds.. little things do make a difference.

There was once a time where I jogged 4 days in a row. But that wasn't effective for me though. I became lazy after that. THat was something a wondeful feeling especially that you have exercised your body. BUt I wasn't able to manage to do that everyday. There are a lot of work things to be done. Hope I can be able to jog everyday too. :)

I got up early this morning, my dog opened my wooden door and came in my room, got on my bed, scratched my bed, I pushed it down, but it didn't want to sleep alone, so I got up. I was on computer, I opened the door and brought it out to do exercise a little by pushing up, but not jog this morning, I should do if I have time more.

Are you kidding? I couldn't jog a distance three feet! I know I should get more exercise than I do, even mild exercise is better than none. But I'm really good at finding excuses.

I love to jog when I have somebody to give company. Whenever I go alone, I soon stop jogging after a few days. I had company some years ago during my college days and at that time I used to jog regularly. But, since then I have given it up and now jog only off and on. I sometimes do run at the gym, but other than that my morning jog is off the schedule these days.
Cheers!
