I have been using this one for over a longer period of time, and since that time, I have never encountered any problems at all with regards to the system performance of my machine. It updates regularly and can be scheduled at your most convenient or spare time. It is very light on resources and does not use a lot of memory. Hence, does not slow down your computer. That's it. I come to use almost all top anti virus programs in the market, no anti virus went beyond 2 months on my PC. i am not satisfied with any of them.

wel i don't know exact which is the best and powerful antivirus but i am using norton anti virus 2006, and i have use avg and antispy bot but i did not realize which is more powerful to detect every kind of viruses and spywares

If you are looking for some free antivirus, then I think AVAST antivirus is the best one. I have used it for more than 6 months and no viruses so far. If you are willing to pay, then I think you can go with the other antiviruses such as Norton, PCCillin etc.. Hope this helps.
