Natasha, one of the 2 kittens we took in just after Thanksgiving has gone to her new home yesterday. We still have her brother, Boris. Natasha was personality PLUS! Boris is more of a 'bed buddy.' That's 2 cats to find new homes since the first of the year! It also brings us down to 24, with 6 looking for homes. We also have 2 older cats that we don't have any plans on replacing when they pass. However, considering how long it has taken to place 2 kittens under 6 months, I kind of think some of these young adults are going to die of old age before they find a new home.

Thank you, sadly, the people that took her had to return her, their old cat when crazy when the invader came. But, there were other applications on her, so she'll still be going to a new home!

Kittens - A picture of my friend's kittens.
One of my good friends had a lot of kittens a couple of years ago and she had to do the same thing as you in trying to find a new home for some of them. It would have been too difficult to take care of them all so she either gave or sold some of them to people that wanted kittens. Her kittens were so cute. I hope that you can find a new home for the other kittens so that they and their owners can enjoy them.

These kittens were brought to me, I don't allow my cats to have kittens (I fix them as quickly as I can) and the cat in heat at this moment is about to drive us NUTZ!!! But since she can't get out and there are no intact males in the house, she won't be leaving us any kittens (besides, she's going to get fixed next week!) That only leaves Boris, her brother, who will be 6 months next week.

are you a foster parent for cats? or is this just your cats having kittens? We have foster parents in this town that take in animals and find homes for them,so I was just wondering...I do love animals of all kinds but we are big cat lovers around here..I have a manx cat, male,no tail, spayed, and front claws removed,he stays inside and he is so spoiled that he has to be the only cat around. He is very gental, and will just roll over if he sees a cat that anys to hiss..He is our big baby, and sweet as can be..He is 3 years old and his name is "Thomas"...I am glad you found a nice home for natasha, but im afraid my Thomas is like your Boris just a big ole "bed buddy"

Yes, I'm a foster mom. I've got another 8 or so that need homes, but Boris is the youngest & he's almost 6 months. But I did find a home for Tricksy & she was 8 months, so its possible. The oldest looking for a home is 5 years (and a total tub of lard!)
