Chocolate Bombs (Brazilian Recipe)

Ingredients:
150g flour
250ml water
100g margarine
4 eggs
salt
Glazing Ingredients:
2 coffee cup confectioner's sugar
1 coffee cup powder chocolate
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons boiling water
Mix all ingredients, and cook in 'bain-marie'
Stuffing:
cream, vanilla cream or chocolate cream
How to Prepare:
1. In a pan, bring water, salt and margarine to boil
2. Add all flour, and cook, never stop mixing (use wooden spoon)
3. When the mixture forms one whole 'ball', and easily 'unglues' from the pan, turn the oven off, and let it cool
4. When cooled, add eggs one by one, mixing (beating) 'vigorously'
5. Spread some 'drops' of the mixture on a tray, and bake in a preheated oven, high heat, for 15-20 minutes - until they are 'dry' and golden
6. When cool, add stuffing, and glaze.
