Blood Pressure Problems

I have problems with low blood pressure. It means that I have bad circulation and therefore am always cold! It also sucks when I have to have a blood test. I had to get one last week and they had to take it out of the back of my hand! OUCH! I think that it has to do with your genes first and then your diet. My mom is the same way. We are also conscious of our salt intake because of having partners that tend to be on the high side of blood pressure.
