What are those coloured stars above peoples names? / myLot

As the title suggests I was wondering what the stars meant and the number. I had a quick look through the FAQ and I don't think it mentioned it.

Oh, that's the star rating. Don't worry, you will get yours once you've reached 100. The rating is your reputation here at myLot among the members. It doesn't really have anything to do with earnings. It just shows that members appreciate your answers and discussions, so the higher the star rating you've got, the more people gave you pluses (+) in the discussions. Happy myLotting!
