Can you truely trust your best friend?

I have some of the best friends in the world. I have been friends with some for almost 15 years. They all live in different states. One friend in particular knows my deepest darkest secrets. I know I can trust her. What are some things your friends have done that they have shown you that you can trust them completely.

Yes absolutely, I trust my best friend with my life.
I've known her since we were kids so that makes about 50 years. She has always been supportive, loyal and honest.
Do not know what I would have done without this friend in my lifetime.I think time and getting to know the person very very well is part of the test of friendship..trustworthy proves itself sooner or later.
All the trials and tribulations we go thru together.
