Do you think that our food contains too many preservatives?

God created our world in a pure sense and there are plenty of ways to keep our food preservative free. I love the organic products that are on the market these days. Do you care about eating rpeservatives or would you like to keep it as pure as you can?

Hi juliadjeske, We eat as organic as we can find, including our meat.
When we started learning about the number of additives and chemical enhancers companies add to their products, then found out the thousands of diseases caused by these so-called safe products, we changed our eating habits drastically.
We studied quite a bit, even going back to what most people call 'the Old Testament'. We studied the foods God forbid his people to eat (and why) and related those foods to nutitional values of the day and the disease these same foods cause.
It's astounding to say the least.
Our shelves are now filled with organic produce as well as kosher items, including kosher meat. The difference in taste is amazing, not to mention the health benefits we feel we have introduced by eating the way we do.
It's changed our lives completely.

I don't know I think fresh fruits and vegies are better for you, but any meat or poulty you get these days have hormones and steriods...I alway tell my son who is 12 and looks 18 tall and hairy that he ate too much chicken when he was little he doesn't understand why he looks like a man when he's a little boy. I think its from all the additives in the meat....so if you want mutant children I would watch proputions or get organic grown chicken in meat...I guess what I'm trying to say more organic foods are healthier...
