Cash point crazy !

Have ever been in a hurry to get money from a cashline/ point machine and the person in front takes forever?? What are these people doing? Are they checking everything in their account before deciding which button to press? I can get my cash in seconds and im gone so what is going on with these folk? I dont mind the odd five minutes but some people take soooo long. Is there a reason for it?
