Most painful tattoos

my friend just got his fourth tatoos today..its on his lower back and its hurt so bad. he had no idea it was gonna be so sore. so if you have tattoos which one is the mosy painful. and if you dont have any what part of your body would you be too scared to get one on?

mine is on my lower back, but In didn't really find it that painful. my sister has quite a few, and says the ankle was the most painful so far.

But it still depend on the artist itself right? If i not mistaken if you make tatoos from a very good artist it will not cost pain. I dont know actually whether this is right or wrong.

I don't know, I've only had the one so far. the next one will probably be with a different artist, whose work I am quite interested in. the person who did my first was excellent. my sisters are all by the same person. I think the ankle is generally considered one of the more uncomfortable places, but then so is the lower back.

I think they are more painful if they are close to the bone. The skin is thinner there and just hurts more. Like if you got a tattoo on your ankle, small of the back or elbows it would hurt more.

ya maybe you're right. i dont have one but everytime i saw someone with tattoos it hurt me much. i dont know why. But in my other different view, i still like it and want to have one at my back/shoulder. But i just cant because my parent would not allow me to get even a small one.

I have one on my lower back, upper back, and both wrists. The one on my lower back hurt the most. The others didn't hurt, and the one on my upper back is really big, the only time that one hurt is when it came close to my shoulder blades.

i also wanted to have tattoo in my body in the part of wrist or back but they said that they will use needle to make tattoos and because i am afraid of that i am scared to that process,i think i can do that if i am angry or drunk maybe.
