I use it and was getting pretty frustrated until today when after several months I finally received the debit card...now, I am more pleased....I think that they only allow so many in each area to work on it at a time. The scanner is very user friendly, all in all not a bad program. what benefits have you gotten?

I was in pretty much the same boat. When I checked my record on their website, it said "no data received" for every line. So, I stopped scanning a few weeks ago. I figured, if data's not being recorded, then why should I scan?
Then, yesterday, just as I was about to call and cancel, I got a debit card. I checked the website again and found I was viewing the wrong quarter. I also got an invitation to join their internet monitoring panel. So, I'm back to scanning.
I also got free "spins" on their spin wheel, but didn't win anything.

I won a platinum merchandise and I picked a very nice Emeril Stainless Steel Pot and Pan Set...I have looked it up other places and it seems to be valued at around $200 which is what the site says. We have been looking at these, so this is huge. I am going to stick with them awhile and see what happens. Let me know how it turns out for you !

Yes, I LOVE their program. I realize it takes them a while to send the stuff, but I'm happy with their program. For example, it took me a while (around 4--6 weeks) to receive the scanning equipment, and it took me abut the same time frame to get their pre paid credit card which they load the money onto.
I haven't won any of their sweepstakes but I did love cashing out and having the money loaded onto the card. We used it to treat ourselves to restaurant dinner one weekend, pizza another weekend and gasoline. It was pretty nice!

I agree. I use mine for eating out or buying something special. I've never had a problem with them. I've heard people complain about that company, but I can't imagine why. I think part of the problem is that if you don't return the scanner when they ask, they will charge you $270 (which is actually in the contract I signed when I started) and I'm suspecting that they didn't return the scanners back in a timely manner. Well, I'm still scanning, so I am having no problem.
