I'd much rather feel bad for something I have done than something I haven't done. The way I see it, it's better to try and fail and have to ask for forgiveness than to never try at not know. Maybe that's just me.

a sin of commission takes effort and some thinking, so i guess it's more deliberate than sin of omission.
