Chocolate Cheesecake

Crist 11/4 cups chocolate wader crumbs or graham wafer crumbs plus 1/4 cup of cocoa 2 tbsp sugar 1/4 cup butter melted Filling 1lb cream chees 1/2 cup sugar 2 large eggs 6oz semisweet chocolate, melted, cooled 1tsp vanilla 1/2tsp almond extract 2/3cup yogurt or sour cream Topping 2oz semisweet chocolate 1tsp shortening seasonal fresh fruit 1 Combine crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press into the bottom and halfway up sides of a buttered 8-9"(20-23cm)springform pan. Chill while making filling. 2 Beat cream chees well until smooth. Beat in sugar graduall, add eggs one at a time on low speed. Add cooled chocolate. flavorings and yogurt; while on low speed. Pour into prepared pan. Bake @ 300F for 50 minuters to 1 hour. Turn off heat and leave cake in over for at least 1 hour more. Cool in pan at room temperature then let the cake cool in the refrigerator over night. 3 Melt chocolate with shortening then spread or drizzle over the top of the cheesecake then garnish with fresh fruit.
