There are too many shows on Cooking. I enjoyed watching Cooking shows. Some give detailed instructions. They help me improve my cooking skills. Honestly I was already 32 yrs old and I do not know how to cook. I go to the wet market and sometimes I buy things I do not know how to prepare a good dish.

Have you been watched Iron Chef? It's an International Cooking competition. Although they don't give detailed instruction but you can discover new dishes made by the cooking master.

I love Rachel Ray's 30 min meals. I really don't think most people could make the meals in 30 min like she does, but she gives great tips.

Oprah has created a new show for Rachel Ray - her personality is more exposed than the previous show. To discover a talent is to give her the opportunity to express her inner creativity - not just in cooking but also in LIFE.

I dont have much time in my daily shedule to spare out to sit nfront of the television and then watch some of my favourite people cooking some great dishes and giving tips to improve your cooking skills and how can one cook great in less taking less time.
I like Rachel Ray because i have seen her one or two for the max. but i have read many of her cook books and i found then really worth buying and spending time reading and cooking too.

I too love cooking shows but unfortunately, I rarely cook . Jamie Oliver seems to get my eyes glue to the tv each time he appears. Local chefs from my country, especially Chef Wan (he is witty), get the thumbs up too from me with their simple cooking ingredients and methods.
