Spend it in a way that is romantic and special to the two of you. I would say "go to Moscow" but that might not have the same romantic signifigance to you as it does to my Sweetheart and I, just like going to Alabama, for example, wouldn't be a romantic choice for us. I think it's all a matter of personal prefference.
