These new kinda chips -- Mod Chips

I came across some site which offered these chips. These are some new chips which when soldered in a ps2 or xbox motherboard offer user to play pirated games and games of different stations ex:- Playing dreamcast games on playstation2 or playing ps2 games on xbox.
Point-- Does anyone know if there is somekinda chip which when installed in a pc motherboard supports playback of ps2 games??

modchips have been around since the playstation 1 era. That's a decade ago. In terms of playing console games to your pc that's why we have emulators. It's not the hardware that needs changing, it's the software and emulators do the job well, Plus, there are a whole variety of them.

Man I've done hell lot with emulators. The best ps2 emulator i"ve found is pcsx2 but it also is not able to emulate the games which i have. I was looking for some hardware which could support that!
