How to 'verify acount' in Paypal?

I have follwoing questons :
1. How to verify account in Paypal (india)?
2. Does that require to have a compulsary Credit Card, or an ATM card(which is also a Debit Card) will be enough to verify it?
3. What is the EXACT procedure (Indian way)?. Give all the details required.
4. How much times it takes to get the account verified?
5. If I have 25 dollars from mylot, and they tranfer it to my Paypal, what I have to do to encash them ( Indian way)?
6. Can we use Payal money for online shoipping? Does that require credit card? Give details.
7. Any other question, which you feel is imporant, you can answer that too.
I have absolutely no idea about Paypal, and I wont be having any earnings in it except my mylot earnings. So please, explain in a easy language. Explain it here first, and if you want, you can also give helpful links.
Also, I am Indian (living in India), so is Indian paypal account different from any other country acount?

from india you need a credit card to verify your account the paypal recived 1.5$ from your cc. on cc stttment you see a number this no is verification code you put it in your paypal account and they refund to you 1.5$ and verified to you.
the minimum amount to withdrol from paypal account is 150$
