50% Reservation to Minorities! Is it Good or Bad?

There is lot to talk about Reservation. The question whether it is good or bad.Give your views about it and discuss it. I hope we can come to a conclusion here.

Definetly not good for development of country. In a secular contry there should be no difference which reservation creates.

I wont support 50% reservation.This will sure leads to lot of immigration for studies to foreign countries.They tend to settle at the country of their study.Politicians for mere vote encouraging this trend.But i wont support it at all.
