Contacting Mylot

Has anyone had to contact mylot for any reason??
If so how long did it take for you to get a reply??
I sent them a message a week ago now and i havent had a reply, all to do with my home page, when you hover the mouse over "edit profile" it turns red from yellow and i have on a number of time now tried to get the same to happen to the bit where you can change pages from one discussion to another but without fail. Please help..even if my lot read this please can they reply

well i have managed to contact mylot in a couple of times and they do reply as soon as possible.... in fact they replied within 3 days or so... well maybe they havent contacted you coz they havent understood what your problem is.... i cant make head or tail of what you have typed just now,.... maybe they couldnt either... so do try to explain your problem properly and they might respond!

for example if you put you mouse over the "add as a friend" on mine or anyone that is part of mylot, box it changes colour...yes?? well my edit profile on my page is yellow and when i put the mouse cursor over it it goes red......well when people look at my disscusions i want my page numbers and the word next to change from yellow to red when you move your cursor over it, currnetly it just stays yellow when you move the cursor over it (unless other people can see different) .....does that make more sense???
