Does your closet have dampness in it. Did you know that if you wrap about 12 pieces of chalk together (DO NOT put them in a plastic bag(and hang them up in the closet, It will reduce the dampness?
Do you find dirty clothes under your childs bed? Do you find dirty clothes in the closet or dresser drawers? Did you know that insects are attracted to dirt, perspiration, food and beverage stains. Yuck, that is why you find bugs where the dirty clothes are hidden for a while. Never put clothes in in the drawer or closet that have been worn.
When unpacking seasonal clothes, are they always wrinkled? Did you know that you can toss them in the dryer on the air only cycle for about 10 minutes with 2 fabric softener sheets it will take the wrinkles out and smell fresh.
Did you know that you can use those dryer sheets twice. When you take them out of the dryer, put them in a jar with liquid fabric softener. When drying a load of clothes, pull out a sheet and squeeze the excess solution and toss into the dryer.
Did you know that you can make sweaters really soft by adding a capfull of hair conditioner to the final rince water.
To keep your clothes smelling good, put an unwrapped bar of scented soap in the drawers and in the closet. You can also use fabric softener sheets.

I find those little bars of hotel soap at church rummage sales and use those in all our drawers. Nice to see things that make me go..oh, that can be used as such and such.

Oh my goodness you have given some spectacular tips here. I'm going to have to move my laptop to the office so I can print these out. Also am going to use some if not all in my next women's group newsletter at church. I have never heard or thought of several of these - I think the chalk in the closet, reusing softener sheets, and scented soap in closets and dressers are my top 3 pick. Thank you.
