I hate talking and complaining about peopel on their backs/in their absence. I rather tell them what I feel is bad about them on their face.
Do you also have the guts..

I don't like backbiting other people. But to tell you frankly there are times that we do not know that we are already backbiting somebody. I am sorry for myself if i will do sometimes.

I am not really fond of backbiting but sometimes I just cant help it. There are really people who will make you feel insecure and who will always get on your way. I hate that kind of people so i ended up backbiting them. They are so mean that they deserve to fail.
FOr me, I just backbite the person whenever the situation calls for it. Hey, remember that we are girls and we wanna get even. Right?

i have the guts but times to times we have to stay cool and don't say what do you feel in the face of anyone,when i'm angry at my boss somethimes i say that he drive me crazy and he must stop screaming but sometimes i don't say enithing because i angry him much more
