Can someone explain what the mylot star means please?

I just noticed a star by my name and do not know what it stands for. Can someone explain what it means and why some are different colors? Thanks

the star means that you are an established poster and the rating is to show the quality of your post.but it doesnt really matter as long as you are earning money!

the star is a rating sistem.if you have a good star (like a start with a one on it) then your reward/post is bigger.The star ratting depends on the ratting the posts gets from the users.

The star rates your perfeormance here. The people are choosing minus or plus at your answers and you ahve "8" which is very good. Congratulations!
