Hello yonu15, maybe I can recommend you this following antiviruses! For paid version, you could try Kaspersky and Symantec antivirus. Both of these two antiviruses does its jobs pretty well. It scanned and detect viruses, worms, and malwares especially on safe mode. For free version, I can suggest to you AVG, AVAST, and AVIRA. At this point of time, I am using avira antivir personal classic edition. Since using this one, I have never had problems at all with regards to the overall system and function of my computer. Otherwise, I am so impressed and satisfied with its performance. It updates on a regular basis and this can be scheduled at your most convenient time. It is very light on resources, and therefore does not slow down your computer. This can be downloaded at www.free-av.com
Hope this would help.
Have a nice day and God speed!

What do you have at the moment? I use AVG free edition. Also keep your firewall up to date, I use Zonealarm. Both are free and work perfectly.

Hello,
I prefer to use Norton Internet Sequrity if u have a faster computer as it's good sequrity measers. However you
may need to add more ram say above 256mb.The second choice
could be Pc-cillin which will stress less on your system but overall perform is good.If u use norton use 2005 version and in case of pc-cillin use the 2007 version.I use the later and running it on my P3 with 256 mb of ram.u may contact me via mail for more support....i would like to share my experance in the feild of computer
maintence...as I am a computer H/W engineer.
