Upload photo option...where is it..?

I'm not getting upload photo option from somedays, have mylot removed the one...?

Naa...not that! Not with discussion or responce, just seperate image upload. Actually what I've observed we can upload 30 images a day, so if I don't have time ro reply, I can upload only images. Thanks for reply.
