i think the best antivirus is the user who uses the pc....if u follow some rules the chance to gain viruses is really low and u can use anti-virus programs just when u're infected. Some of them need a great amount of ram to run

bleah ! i dont like avast ! i hate it ! i prefer avg or norton ! abvast is a sh** ;D

If you are referring to the free versions, try avg or avast.
You can get avg from http://free.grisoft.com .

Hello,
Norton internet security is best if u have a faster computer and more ram.Pc-cillin is also if you are running
slwer pc.But it is more importent to update the database on regular basis.Without update these products are useless.These
two products keeps monitoring your all activities alongwith
incomming and outgoing traffic when u are online and thus protect u from any damage to pc and ur privacy on internet.For the same reason the pc got slow down.

wel i have norton antivirus 2006, i am not sure which is very best and powerful antivirus.

hi..till date i have used avg,and i found it better than norton. i have experienced my system running slow with norton. so i vote for avg :)
