do you have insomia? how do you deal with it?

hope not... my sister had this.... she just do household chores to be able to get sleepy.

i used to exercise in the early evenings just to make me tired and sleepy come bedtime but i learned that it actually worsens it because it elevates the heart rate so the more you become active.

I have insomnia sometimes. But not as bad. Most of the times i let my mind focus on one thing and forbid them to wander. But maybe this can help you a bit,hopefully. Maybe you can try to sleep and wake up about the same time everyday.Make sure your bedroom is dark and quiet.If the noise is the problem,then use earplug.Avoid taking drinks that contain caffeine at least 2 hours before sleep.Use bedroom primarily for sleeping and avoid using for other activities like reading or eating.Maybe you can put pillow under your waist or between your knees.It can make you feel comfortable. well, my room isn't noisy since it's in the back part of the house. and i can't take caffeine (allergy) so no problem with that. i but i think i'll try sleeping and waking up at the same time. i'll ask someone to wake me up at the same time everyday. thanks.

well..i experienced that before and rarely for now..i just close my eyes and think about something else that calm me down..i just keep myself comfort and not to think about ghost,problems or other thing which cause misery in my mind..i just keep going,trying if i cannot sleep.make sure dont hear a song when you wanna sleep..it disturb us to sleep..

i'm experiencing this now. i try to not think of anything and just close my eyes but i really can't sleep. how do you rid your mind of anything? and is it really possible to totally clear your mind of anything at all because i can't seem to be able to do that.
