What is the best way to make sure our site/blog to be listed

I think the best way to get ones blog out there is to connect with other members of the blogging community, make friends and swap links with them. You can submit your blog to all the search engines you want but if no one is visiting and plugging it on their own sites then it won't do you a lot of good.

The best way to get traffic to your blog is pinging it to the search engines you can try pingomatic.com and also try pinggoat.com I like ping goat this is were the spiders will crawl your website when you add new content to it. Only ping it when you add new content to your blog

There's a couple of things you can do. The most important thing is too make sure your blog has good content. There are several programs out there that will send your blog to the search engines. Also with Goggle and other search engines you can directly submit your blog to their search engine.
