Exercise is not only a daily ritual but it is also a "must" for everyone. It helps our body healthy, keep our minds mentally efficient and maintains our whole system physically fit. I exercise at home but I can also do it in a gym. The only difference is that it doesn't cost anything doing the exercise at home while at the gym, you'll need to be a member and if not, you need to pay for the use of the gym's facilities and equipments. It's the same workout for both, at home or in a gym, the important factor in doing exercises is the right attitude by being properly motivated.

Exercising must be a daily routine for everyone. For those who prefer to do it at home, just like I do, it takes a lot of discipline to keep on with the daily routine. For those who enrolled in a gym, you will find out that it eats so much of your time. However, doing it in the gym has a string of advantages. After exercising in the gym for sometime, I had to give up because, later on I found it impossible to be around daily as there are so many things that I have left undone to give way for gym time.

I have been a competitive athlete for almost 30 years.(running and triathlon).
I still stay in shape year round. Yesterday I went for a 90 minute run. This morning I ran about 35 minutes.
I also enjoy swimming and biking and have done quite a lot of weight training in the past. I have a bike I can set up in my living room and bike while I watch t.v.

I wish I was so disciplined. I have an exercise bike, I really must get it in front of the tv! Have a good day!
