Hello everyone My name is inner peace. I am a herbalist living in Jamaica. The quickest way to stop acne is to use Listerine Mouth wash twice a day with white cotton balls. wipe up instead of around your face. try and a let me know how it works for those who get monthly breakouts. I live high up a mountain overlooking the ocean. I am a veggie, I am also a Rastafarian too. Blessings. Yes the brown one with white cotton balls, twice a day for a week and you will see excellent results. If you have aloe vera in your garden, you can apply it ( the gel inside) as a mask and you will be glowing with good skin.

Hey and welcome to mylot hope you'll enjoy being in here.
For my own experience I come to the evidence that acne is due to age and some people have it in their blood.If you pass 25 and still have it have a look in your family one member should have it in heritage.

I would have never thought of it, but it makes sense since listerine mouthwash is touted as being an antiseptic. I will have to tell my teens this remedy. It sure beats the one my health teacher told us when I was in highschool... she said to dab urine on your pimples and that if you look at over the counter remedies they all contain uric acid... that they do, but I have never had the courage or desire to whiz on my face.

Thank's for the tip, I will have to buy some listerine the next time I do some shopping. I have had acne since I was a teenager and I am an adult now and still get acne all the time. My skin is very sensitive so I have to watch what I put on it or it break's out in a rash on my face and neck.

I actually put white glower ointment whenever I have acne. I put it at night time before I go to sleep and in the morning the pimple swell is gone. I hope this helps you. Have a nice day!

This does work and it is true.I had bad acne when I was younger and nothing seemed to work.This did!Also I use pure glycerin soap with honey,crushed cloves for a scrub.I make this myself and my son uses it for acne.No chemicals like other soaps.

Thanks very much for the tip. My grandkids will be very happy to here this. They all have a problem right now with acne. They tryed many different things for there acne, and nothing helps. I will let them now about the listerine as soon as they get out of school today. Thanks again.

ive never heard about that mouthwash can help in acne problem but mouthwash in dandruff can really help i used to work in the saloon and one of our hairdresser put mouthwash on the hair of the customer to help treating the dandruff and it really works,has anyone tried it on there face ive never heard about that but thanks for the information it would be a great help for us.

Is this already tried and tested? I suffer from acne aswell and i dont just put anything on my face. Where did you get this idea? were you able to try it yourself? pls respond.
