there are two buildings.one is on the surface of earth an other is underground. both are of same height.
when there occurs an earthquake. which building will fall first.
a)the building on the surface OR
b) the building which is underground?
give reasons to support ur answer.............

Oh cmon unless earth is ripped apart by an earthquake, right below the underground building ie, the building above the ground only can fall.

The building on the surface , the other one is already underground , it cant fall any further down anywhere!!
