Do I have the flu or is it my diet

I have been exercising and taking this product called Lean Cort Xtreme Trim. I dont know if I have the stomach flu or if it is the pills that is making me feel so ill. I am taking it as it says...2x a day with a meal. After I take it I get stomach cramps and the runs. If not then I feel like vomiting. Has anyone else had this experience? Do I have the flu or is it the medication?

Diet pills do that to you, it's makes you go to the bathroom. Maybe you should try taking one a day and see if that helps.
