first used.. DOS Windows 95 Windows 98 Windows ME Windows XP Windows Vista

its Windows 95 SE before. I end up using XP now, I'm just waiting for the fix up of windows 7 before trying it out.

None of the above. I started with MS-DOS. I then worked with Windows 3.1, which wasn't really an independant operating system. I hated Windows 95 and forced my brother to switch back to DOS after he installed it. I didn't leave DOS until Windows 98 came out.

The first computer I ever owned was a used Compaq that had Windows '95 on it.I was just learning at the time so I managed to fry it in about 6 months.The next computer I had built for me and it had Windows '98 on it.I got along with that one much better and until about 3 years ago,used it.My family convinced me to up grade to XP then and that's what I'm still using at home.

My first computer had Windows 3.1, then we upgraded it to Windows 95. I have used Windows 98 before at the university, some of the computers had that operating system on it. Then when I got a new computer it had Windows ME, then we bought a new desktop and it had XP on it. I haven't used Windows 2000 at all. I am looking forward to using Vista on a new computer, but probably not until a few years. I have used many Mac systems, too, but I don't remember their versions :(

the first system that use is MS-DOS, although i have windows 95 OS i tried to master first MS-DOS system. after ms-dos i've installed and used and windows 95, windows 98, windows 2000, windows me, windows xp, suse linux. for me windows 98 is the most reliable and stable os.

The first operating system i had was DOS then got windows 3.1 and thought i was something special now with xp i couldnt imagine going back to dos

well my first computer used DOS as it operating system,it was about 14 years ago.then when win 3.1 came out,i was planned to use it but i did't have enough money to bought it.so i waited,till win 95 released.this operating system was my first window OS.and i thought it was the best OS 'till win 98 released.

I used MS-DOS back in the late 80s for several years before going to Windows 3.1, then 3.1.1, then 95, 98, NT, NT 4.0, 2000 and now XP. Don't think I got around to using some of the in between releases; they just changed them so quickly didn't they?!
