well it is a site to buy and sell stuff auction style. you will need to register and stuff. Also read hte rules of buying and selling. I usally buy stuff from people who has positive feedback of more the 95% since they are safe to buy from. Buying is very easy . just compare price from retail stores to the ones on ebay with shipping charges. some dont charge shipping. just bid on the item to the amount that u are most willing to spent. so ebay will automatically bid for you until it reaches that maximum limit of yours and then u ahve a chance to bid again if u want or just leave it selling is great if u know the value of what u are selling and what price you start with. but hold on to selling unless u become comfortable with ebay
