I know I do. My two favorites are : "Put your socks on!" and "Don't run around with wet hair, you are going to catch your death!". What are yours?

I have caught myself also saying things that my mom said to me. I would tell my daughter to do something when she was small and she would say why. I would tell her because mommy said so that is why. I am sure there are many more but those are the ones that I can remember.

when the TV is more interesting than dinner... I shout, "EAT" loud enough to make her jump... just like my Dad did to me!

I don't have my own kids yet but there are times that I find myself a bit funny.. telling to my nephews and nieces (age 5 and 7) what my mom has been telling me when I was a little boy...like "don't forget to put a towel on your back when you play around" and "you can play outside but don't go beyond that house"... :P
