In Animatrix. when the war going to the Edge. Human throw the Heli Smoke Bomb over the sky. After that, everything turn dark. Then, Human fight Machine. And ... Human was lost.

There are lots of ways of doing it... but the exact one is upto the directors of matrix to include in the movie,... but when the movie started the story had proceeded to the extent that it was difficult to include each and every scene in it,... may be we have to ask them..

It didn't say and I couldn't even think to speculate on it. Maybe it's so new technology they had that we don't. Hope so anyway.

I think that it was in the animatrix. I can't remember exactly because I haven't watched it 3 years. Something like an army of planes smoking out the sky. The Animatrix goes into all that.

you mean do "it", right? the horizontal tango? :-) well, story goes humans didn't do anything after all, everything happened in their minds. The images and sensations were wired to their brains, sustenance (the old were recycled... gross...) was force fed with tubes. it should take just a little imagination to think that if they could be fed with tubes, they could be "milked" with tubes, or at least the males, for purposes of reproduction...
