Is it necessary to have a Credit Card to open an account in paypal?

No it is not. You can open a paypal account without but you have to be able to verify your bank account to transfer money to it

Although an account which doesn't have a credit card to verify it as limits.
I had to get mine verified a week after joining so I could continue to spend money out. Coming in isn't a problem, although I do believe that with a large amount would be hard when it comes to making a withdrawal.

Thanks dear........ I try to put my debit card no in paypal account but it shows error massage for some verification... I don't know what to do?
