How do you know other people are real?

Ignoring the possibility that nothing outside of you is real, how is it possible to verify that there is any real mind inside the people around you? That they are not automatons or zombies which respond as if they have an internal world but don't really?

how is anything real? what is real? do we exist? how do we know we exist? what is the definition of real? its these questions that will push the want to expand our knowledge base. some of these we'll never know. this could all be a dream.

I really like your question. during my random pondering I have thought about it too. I talk in my head all the time and i always wounder am i wierd for speaking in my head? Do other people actually do it and such?
I guess im not the only one who wondering random stuff like that then :)
