are we going to loose water someday?

Well Yes I do think it's coming. At one time I would have NEVER thought I'd live long enough to see that again in Canada. I grew up in times when water was at a shortage and we hauled our water, but here we are now. We have water running from the tap, but in the town I live in Saskatchewan Canada, we can not drink the water. Everyone here buys bottled water and at the rate it's going we'll be lucky to have enough safe water for bathing. We're already warned we can only water lawns and gardens on certain days, not to mention we were told a couple years ago they were thinking of implimenting fines for people wasting water because there was concern if there was a fire we were running the chance of running out of water. I think this is a serious conern not being taken seriously.
