What a punishment can we give for those who dumped the baby?

If they (KILLED) the baby then dumped it, they should get life in prison, but if they dumped the baby and it is OK, they should do some time in prison, then when they get out, they should (BOTH) be fixed so they can never have babies ever again!

i think it depensed on the way they dumped their baby, and why! if a mother cannot handle it anymore and she dumps the baby on the right place where they find it it is better then dump your baby at the garbage! if the woman has babies before and had problems with them too i think they shouldn't be allowed to have babies anymore!

Do you mean scared single moms who abandon their babies in strange places? We should not punish them, but we should educate them beforehand so it doesn't happen again. Most kids don't realize that they could just take their baby to a hospital and tell the nurses or doctors there that they don't want the child. Or they can even drop the baby at a fire house if it is manned 24 hours, or a church that is open 24 hours. These kids are terrified their parents are going to find out what they did, and beat them.They don't need even more fear from having to give their unwanted baby away.
