I don't know you, but based on your job description andmy experience with Japanese counterparts, you work at least 12 hours a day and 6 days a week.
You probably do not eat right, you do not eat enough fruits and vegetables and frequently skip meals.
You can do all the exercise and weight lifting to improve your body, but without proper nutrition, you will not make satisfactory progress.
Start to eat right and park your car in the farthest possible place in the parking lot from your building or if you use public transportation, get off a stop early and take a brisk walk into work.
At lunch, take 20 or 30 minutes for a brisk walk. Put a meeting on your calendar to keep people from bothering you.
Keep sadding to your walking, shooting for 10K steps day (get a pedometer). When you have made this part of your routine, start adding in another part - a trip to the gym, start lifting weights and maybe give a cardio machine a try for 20 minutes or so 3 times a week.
This will take time, but you will not become to frustrated if you work this into your schedule slowly.

Thanks very much for your advice. You are right, here is always busy. I seldom go out to do exercise, just plays table tennis in weekends. And I strongly agree with your view, I maybe lack of fruits and vegetables because I eat in our institute restaurant where there is not enough vegetables. This evening I'll design a exercise schedule according to your and friends' advice, I hope it work well and I can benefit from it. Anyway, It's my glorious to have your help.

As any doctor will advise u, proper diet and exercise is the only way to keep fit and healthy. There is no shortcut. If you are busy, there are several programs that can cater to your schedule. You can enroll in a gym class and they will design the program according to your needs. Just waking up 30 min earlier to do exercise will help a lot. Maybe u can walk on your way to work? An hour in gym every weekend will do wonders.
