Which is better Nokia or Sony Ericsson?

Nokia is user friendly but easily depreciates after a month or two..Sony ericsson doesn't depreciate more often than nokia phones.

you are entitled to your own opinion mine is i like nokia more than sony. though sony doesnt depreciate, because they dont have any models as many as nokia has. nokia in terms of functionality, deserves a better future. you just have to upgrade but i finally settled for my nokia model 7600 with its own uniqueness.

contrary to what you said coolchai, this is to inform you that sony ericsson has a lot of models to choose from just like nokia (pls refer to this site http://www.gsmarena.com ). one reason why nokia models depreciate faster is because of its popularity. whenever nokia releases a new model and if people happen to like it, many of us will panic buy that model. soon after, you will just find out that a lot of people you meet owns the same type/model of phone just like you have. hence, this said phone model becomes the "cellphone of the masses", therefore, it depreciates. this is what happened with nokia 6600, 7610, and now it's starting to happen with N70.

i think that nokia is a better brand ...well if someone is luking fr a music phone then he must go with Sony ...otherwise nokia is the best ...its gud on durability ,reliability issues...well i just luv this brand ....

I have been using nokia for ages.Whenever I buy a new model I usually buy a new nokia model.I have tried other brands like Motorola,LG,Ericsson,not a sony product though.I prefer using nokia when it comes to mobiles.

Nokia Is the BEST!!!!!
i've had nokia and sony ericsson phones before. although both are user-friendly, nokia has a wider range of repair centers all over the world. you wouldn't have any difficulty having your nokia cell phone repaired, should it need repairing.
here's another testimony for you: a friend of mine had a sony ericsson phone once. just out of the blue, her phone stopped working. it's as if it crashed or something. and that phone has never been dropped at all. so, my friend took it to a repair center, and the technician said that the phone just gave out. and this is just within less than a year's use! what's worse is that the technician said that they cannot do anything about it because it was the motherboard of the phone itself that had disrupted. so, my friend had to buy another phone.
she switched back to nokia
