Does anyone apply this everyday?

When I say everyday I mean every single second when you control your thoughts? After I watched this video I would control every thought and focus it on the thing I wanted so bad. And it usually happens unless I am thinking of something else. But anyways does anyone do this on a daily basis.

As a fairly new user of the LOA... I have found that mostly it's my preconcieved notions of the world that seem to be holding me back... I have taken to using the EFT approach to try to rid myself of these blocks... it seems to be helping as I have just gotten a promotion at work... but I know I personally have a bit more work to do to rid myself of these ingrained bad thoughts..

I'd have to say that the LOA has been in my favor. I have been attracting some positive crazy stuff in my life so far. I am not sure why its crazy but it is.

Yeah I feel the same way since I have ADHD. But in the vid it says don't try to control every thought or you will go crazy. So far I haven't gone insane but I try to control every thought I have about wanting what I want.

Yes.... everyday. What it does when you "first start out" is make you more aware (conscious) of your thoughts. You realize how many negative thoughts you have in a day. Slowly but surely, if you believe and are ready, you transform those negative thoughts. Soon those negative thoughts are a thing of the past and positive thoughts ultimately take over. Sure, some days you may have a negative thought or two, but if you're conscious to it, you can quickly switch your mind to something positive.
I think for some, reading the book may be easier to get a grip on. I enjoyed both the dvd and the book.

Just my thoughts.... You can't control deliberately and conciously every thought that comes up in your mind. You first have to program your own sub-conciouness... The sub-conciouness works like a slow learning machine that you have to train to learn to pick-up subliminal (positive)messages. Repetition is the key. Your sub-conciousness does not know the difference between the real world or your own thoughts. It will attract by "the law of attraction" such experiences that will match and fulfill its wishes and desires. Surround yourself with the objects of desire as if this future has already happened, and the universe has no other way to respond than by giving you more of that what you want....

It is not possible to control and it is not necessary to control every single thought you have. Remember that 1 positive thought followed by emotion is stronger than 100 negative thought.
If You try to contol every thought you go crazy but it is great that you are doing it.
