Filipinos said that Manny Pacquiao is no greater than a boxer. Why? the world boxing champion is now aiming a position at the House of Representative. So many of us Filipinos replied a big NO!Manny, 27, elementary undergrad, always failed to speak in straight English, one of the top endorser, greatest hobby is c_ck fighting, and once involved in a controversy of infidelity and child abandonment, is now aspiring for a COngress Position.
Other than what I've seen on TV I do not know him personally. Do you think he could be a good leader despite his lack of education and political background?He now withdraws his candidacy? Was he right?

he should stay away from politics for he is not as gud in politics as in boxing.

How, exactly, did you arrive at that conlusion? Was there a feasibility study involved? Have you observed him up close and personal? I'm no fan of Pacman the politician either but really... how did you arrive at that conclusion? If there is anyone worse than a boxer who wants to go into politics, it's got to be a judgmental person.

He's a really great boxer however being skilled in the ring doesn't mean he will be a good leader. I think he should just stick to his boxing career. At this point in time I think that people would rather see him fight in the ring than fight dirty in politics. If he really wants to help his countrymen he can help by not letting other politicians use him and his current popularity. Besides his mother is right, he can still help people even if he's not in politics. The last I heard though he was planning to pull out of the elections so I guess he saw reason at last and listened to his fans and his mother.

I will give my 100% support if he will withdrawn his political interest. But if he pursue to run, I'll be the #1 will oppose his candidacy. Manny might be a good leader, but this is not the right position and right time for him to enter politics. Entering the House of Representative? people here are those who make laws. I don't think Manny Pacquiao has an ability to make Laws right now. maybe in the future.
