Should ciggarettes cost more?

The price of ciggarettes recently went up in Texas by a dollar a pack. Do you think all states should increase the price? Do you think it's right to do?

Our state put a tax on them a while back and they went up $7.00 a carton. They are getting rediculous. I think the price should be the same everywhere.
