ok this is pretty cool. and even cooler that you get paid for what you like to do. now that i have been here for about a week i know exactly who i am goin to refer. but where do i find my referal code thing? and is there something with how much you post besides your earnings?

At the bottom on the left hand side of this page you will find your referral link to pass on to friends and family or to post on another site. Even in a blog. Good luck with the referrals.

The one under your avatar takes them to your profile page and you won't get credit if the sign up by entering through their. I think that's where a lot of the problems I here about members saying they referred someone but they didn't get credit. TO be assured the credit it's the one at the bottom of the page it should start off like this :
http://www.mylot.com/?ref= followed by your screen name. That should get you the proper credit.
Your not a blonde :) we have all been new and it's not always east trying to find something when your not familiar with the setup.
