guilty or innocent

after so much of drama sanjay dutt has been free from being considered as guilty as a terrorist ,but is it right to pull the case so long .well he has been found guilty under the arms act why not as a terrorist as u dont know what was his intentions behind keeping ammunitions in his house.it may be the case that he has changed for now but is it right to leave him without any charges and punishment. i think he is guilty and has to be penalised and would like to know ur views on it nothing personal just official.

At present he is having very big relation with the people bcause his pictures r very big hit and he is having very popularity amoung the people and the industry helping him to come out of the case so the case is prolonging as much as long!
