What does a friend relly mean to you?

A friend is hard to describe. My friends make me laugh, they cheer me up. They give me hugs of comfort. They listen to the same story over and over without complaining. They are glad to see me and hear from me. We lose track of time when we are together. we give each other just what the other wanted or needed. I can call them in the middle of the night. They protect you, even when you are not around, they still have your back. You don't have to say a word for them to know what you're feeling. You can be honest with them and say no and they wont get mad at you. You learn from them and grow. They know when to take you seriously and when you're just blowing off steam. They respect your bondaries and cherish the relationship. A true friend always forgives.
