Has anyone tried Wu-long tea?

It's a chinese tea used for weight loss with anti-aging benefits. I want to try it but I have spent so much money over the years on products that don't work. I admit I am a product junkie. I mostly have an eye for home, health and beauty but really any gadget or product that promises to make my life a little easier, I'm pretty much an easy sale. And if you tell me that it is an ancient Chinese secret -I'm really prone to believe you. A lot of Americans are like this, we must think that the chinese are so smart and mysterious that they have all the answers we've been looking for. And, for low introductory prices - they'll share those secrets with us! Anyway, like I said, this Wu-long sounds pretty good but how is it different from Green tea, other than a heftier price tag? I promised my husband I would do a little more research on these "wonder" products before buying them. So, I figured I'd ask my wise and wonderful Mylot pals for input. What about this Wu-long, is it any good?

Yeah I would take your husband's advice I mean it sounds like it might be good but it proberly isn't as great as you think I would wait and see what others say about it first

it IS definitely good, no doubt about that. the question is more about HOW good it is ;) some people would argue that tea stains our teeth, and that it has caffeine. but if you have good dental hygiene, there shouldn't be a huge problem. and as for the caffeine, with teas like wu-long, this isn't a cause for alarm. there are also now many decaffeinates teas. so without these 2 thigns, tea in general is a good thing. wu-long and higher grade teas of all sorts are actually full of minerals and anti-oxydants.
