English is said to have one of the most difficult spelling systems in the world.I have problem in it sometimes, but i always check in dictionary if my spelling is correct.

Spelling goes along with speaking. If you know how to pronounce the word correctly, you will most likely know how to spell it.
Phonetics is the key. Like for example the word "cup"... if mispronounced, you may not spell it correctly. You may end up writing the word "cop" or "cap".
And coupled with reading, your vocabulary will increase dramatically.

I think spelling has something to do with your learning. If one learns pretty well fast in language and grammar, most often than not, he or she will be able to learn well how to spell words correctly and easily right?

Do you mean TOUGH? ;-)
Personally, I think spelling is an important sign that you pay attention to details. Spell check can only find typos, not all the errors in your work. I worked hard in school to learn to spell correctly, and it irritates me when people goofed off and didn't bother learning it. Both of my stepkids don't know how to spell and it doesn't bother either of them. I don't think it's that hard if you read and pay attention to things.
If English isn't your native language, I allow lots of leeway for that. It's native speakers who bug me so much.

Drastically. There are times when I type things so horiably that spell checker will not pick them up. I used to cheat on my spelling test in school so I could pass. My wife and mom both nag at me about my spelling ahbits.
That is the one thing I wish mylot had, a built in spell checker.

Becoming a good speller starts with becoming a good reader. the more you read, the more grammar and spelling will become second nature to you.
